Where To Use Spray Foam Insulation

Between Roof Rafters

Insulating at roof level prevents cold air entering your home whilst stopping heat from escaping at its preferred exit point. Most modern new builds are constructed with pitched roof insulation.

Direct To Tile

In instances where a roof membrane underlay is not present, some homeowners look to use closed cell spray foam to stabilise their roof. Although not a preferred method of insulating, this will give a degrading roof significant extra life.

Room In Roof

These are notorious for suffering extreme heat during summer and freezing cold temperatures in the winter. The key is to create a thermal barrier in the eaves, skeilings (sloping ceilings) and the pitch roof triangle above.
